Allow Engineer Menu

Dial Out Menu

If this function is enabled, the engineer will require authorisation from yourself to access

the Engineering Menu.

This function allows you to choose which PC you wish to connect to via the phone line for

uploading and downloading data. This function will usually be requested by your engineer.

Enter the Master Manager Menu >

Use the > b and x keys to scroll to

‘Allow Engr Menu’. Press the t key

Enter the Master Manager Menu >

Use the > b and x keys to scroll to

‘Dial Out Menu’. Press the t key

Choose whether to enable/disable >

access to the Engineering Menu by

using the d key. Press the t key

Select which PC modem number to >

dial using the d key. Press the t

key

The PCX system will then call the PC. If >

it fails please contact your engineer.

Press the > x key to exit

Select the operation that needs to be >

performed: Connect to PC, Test Dial,

ARM Service, Data From PC, Data To

PC, Diagnostics, Commissioning using

the d key. Press the t key.
